Our policies
What to know before you sign, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
A signed contract and a deposit hold your date, and the deposit goes toward your total. I take one party on a date. Trials are booked on the booking page.
Canceling and running late
Tell me as soon as your plans change. I ask for 14 days before a wedding date and 24 hours before a trial. If you're running late on the morning, call or text and I'll rework the order so the bride is still last.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a trial without a message, we rebook it once. If a party isn't ready at the agreed start, I style as many looks as the time allows. The contract covers the rest.
Children and companions
Flower girls and junior bridesmaids are welcome at the venue with a parent or guardian nearby. At the trial, one guest is welcome, and children are best left with someone else so the room stays calm.
Patch tests and allergies
I don't color or bleach hair, so there is no patch test. If you have reacted to a hairspray, dry shampoo or pin adhesive, tell me when you book and I'll choose something else.
If you're not happy
If a look isn't what you pictured, tell me at the trial and we change it there. On the morning, tell me before the photographs and I'll adjust on the spot. Afterward, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected.
Before your visit
Come with hair washed, dry and free of product. Wear a top that buttons or zips so nothing goes over finished hair, and bring the veil or accessories you plan to wear.
Send me your date
Send your date and venue and I'll tell you whether it is open.
