Parties
One stylist, up to six looks
I work alone, so the size of the party sets the length of the morning.
Up to six looks
The bride and up to five others, styled in one morning by one stylist. More than that and the morning runs too long.
Set order
Mothers and bridesmaids first, the bride last. We write the order into the contract.
A larger party
We decide together who needs a look and who doesn't, or I suggest a second stylist for you to book.
Where I set up
A room with a window, a chair for each look in turn, an outlet and a table. I bring everything else.
Questions about travel and parties
How far ahead should I book?
Weddings book months ahead, and I take one party on a date. Send your date as soon as you have a venue, and I'll tell you whether it is open.
How many people can you style?
Up to six looks in one morning, the bride included. For a bigger party we decide together who needs styling and who doesn't, or I suggest a second stylist for you to book.
Where do you travel?
To venues, homes and hotels within about an hour of York. Farther is possible, and the travel is set in your contract. The travel page lists the towns.
